1 Definitions

4 Account Registration
To access the full range of done99 services, you are required to register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:
- One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold only one done99 Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. done99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
- Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify done99 immediately via live chat or the support email if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
- Account Not Transferable: Your done99 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
done99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the done99 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted Payment Methods: done99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
- Deposit Processing: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are generally credited to your done99 Account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the sending institution.
- Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the done99 cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
- Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to your done99 Account, subject to KYC verification being completed.
- KYC Requirement: done99 is required to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. You must submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership when requested.
- Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not use funds obtained through illegal means, third-party credit facilities, or payment methods registered in another person's name.

6 Bonuses & Promotions
done99 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:
- Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
- Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of the bonus amount multiplied by the applicable multiplier must be completed within the stated timeframe.
- Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games, certain table games, and specific slot titles — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
- done99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering completion process.
- Where a player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting matched betting strategies with bonus funds, using low-risk betting patterns to circumvent wagering requirements, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — done99 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend the Account.
- Players must opt in to promotions through the done99 Platform where an opt-in is required. Retrospective bonus claims will not be accepted.
7 Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the done99 Platform, including cricket, football, UFC, and all other available markets:
- Bet Acceptance: done99 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where the Platform has not yet updated to reflect in-play status.
- Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted by done99 at any time.
- Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the completion of the minimum required play, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in specific sport rules.
- Obvious Errors: done99 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error. Where such voiding occurs, your original stake will be returned to your Account Balance.
- In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency and platform processing time. done99 does not accept liability for bets placed based on information that has become publicly known but not yet reflected in the odds.
- PSL and International Cricket: Ball-by-ball markets and match-winner markets for PSL fixtures and international cricket series involving Pakistan are governed by the general cricket betting rules published within the done99 sportsbook rules section.
8 Casino Games
The following rules apply to all casino games on the done99 Platform, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and any other casino-style products:
- RNG Certification: All non-live casino games on done99 use Random Number Generation (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified by a recognized testing laboratory. Game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
- Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or hardware failure that affects the outcome of a game, done99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to your Account. Any winnings generated by a malfunctioning game are not valid.
- Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time. done99 is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by factors outside its control, including your internet connectivity. Disconnections during live dealer rounds will be handled according to the applicable game rules.
- PP Live Games: Games available under the PP Live section are subject to the terms and rules of the respective game provider in addition to these general Terms.
9 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the done99 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
- Creating more than one done99 Account or assisting another person to do so for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonus entitlements.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with the done99 interface.
- Colluding with other players, including sharing information during live poker or casino games in ways that confer an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical fault on the Platform for financial gain.
- Depositing or using funds obtained through unlawful activity, including money laundering or fraud.
- Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to disguise your true geographic location.
- Impersonating any other person or using a false identity during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the done99 Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational wagering.
Fraud and Money Laundering: done99 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Any suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities. Accounts associated with fraudulent or unlawful activity will be permanently closed and funds will be frozen pending investigation.
10 Account Suspension & Closure
done99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
- Receipt of a chargeback, disputed payment, or reversal from a payment provider in connection with your Account.
- A request for self-exclusion submitted by you through the done99 Responsible Gaming tools.
In the event of Account closure due to a verified breach of these Terms, done99 reserves the right to withhold all Account Balances, including real-money deposits, where those deposits are found to have been associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Where closure is initiated by done99 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, your remaining Account Balance will be returned via your registered payment method following KYC completion.

11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, done99 shall not be liable to you for any of the following:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the done99 Platform.
- Any interruption to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service outages.
- Any financial loss arising from a bet or casino game outcome, including where that outcome was influenced by a technical malfunction that done99 was unable to reasonably foresee or prevent.
- Unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
- Any inaccuracy in sporting event data, live odds, or game information provided by third-party data suppliers to the done99 Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit done99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12 Intellectual Property
All content on the done99 Platform — including but not limited to the done99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game assets, text, and data — is the exclusive property of done99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the done99 Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the done99 Platform without the prior written consent of done99.
13 Privacy
done99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on done99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
done99 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems — solely for the purpose of operating and securing the done99 Platform.
14 Amendments to These Terms
done99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, done99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by displaying a notice on the Platform.
The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the done99 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which done99 holds its International Gaming License. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to done99 customer support for informal resolution.
